しとお作品ガイドライン
しとおの作品を使用した場合はこちらのガイドラインを同意・承認したものとみなします。
■楽曲使用について
・しとおオリジナル楽曲（作詞・作曲共にしとおであるもの）は、個人的な非商用利用目的であれば許諾なしでご自由にお使いいただけます。
・しとお本人がネットに投稿していない、アルバム限定曲などに関しましても、「歌ってみた」「演奏してみた」「踊ってみた」「描いてみた」等の、楽曲の転載目的でない限りはご使用頂いて構いません。但し上記の通り個人的な非商用利用目的のみに限ります。
・楽曲を視聴することを目的とした投稿は禁止しております。但し、翻訳やニコカラ動画等、転載以外の目的のある作品はこの限りではありません。
・ご使用する場合は、元の楽曲のURLや「しとお」のクレジット表記を推奨しています。（任意）
・ニコニコ動画ではコンテンツツリーの登録を推奨しています。（任意）
・しとお作品でない二次創作作品に関してのご使用（描いてみた等）については、こちらからは制限はありません。著作権元の利用規約に従って良識のあるご使用をお願いいたします。
・カバーした楽曲の販売、ライブでの使用、イベントでのBGM等の使用に関しましては、商業か同人かに関わらずご連絡ください。
■イラストの使用について
・原則、商用利用個人利用に限らず無断転載は禁止しております。但し、「枉音」イラストについては例外とします。詳しくは枉音公式サイト（ https://shiro46jack.wixsite.com/magene ）利用規約をご確認ください。
・自作発言や、作品を無許可でグッズ制作をする等、悪質な行為については法的手段も含めて対応します。
・しとおが手掛けた二次創作作品の無断転載、無断使用は禁止しております。
■しとお作品の二次創作について
・しとおのオリジナル作品を元にした二次創作、ファンアートは許諾なくご自由に制作いただけます。但し、個人的な非営利目的のみに限ります。
・非営利目的で且つ個人の範囲内であれば、同人誌、グッズ制作、コスプレ等のデジタル媒体ではないものもご自由に制作いただけます。
・「一ツ眼リッパー」「枉音」に関しましてはそれぞれの公式サイトもご確認ください。

■注意事項
・ガイドラインに記載されていない使用方法でも、著作者が悪質な使用だと判断した場合は削除依頼等の対処をさせて頂きます。
・しとおの作品を使用し生じた、いかなるトラブルに対しても著作者は一切責任を負いません。
・ガイドラインは予告なく変更される場合があります。
・JASRACへ著作権を管理委託している範囲についてはJASRACの規定に従うものとします。JASRACへの管理委託曲、委託範囲についてはJASRAC作品データベース（ http://www2.jasrac.or.jp/eJwid/ ）にて検索をお願いします。

Terms of Use
--Use of Xitoo's Song
-You can use Xitoo's original song (i.e. a song which music and lyrics are created by Xitoo) without permission as far as non-commercial and personal use.
-In regard to songs which Xitoo has not uploaded on the Internet (e.g. songs from CD), you can also use them without any permission as far as non-commercial and personal use. However, please do not use the songs for a video which purpose is just for copying and spreading the songs.
-Any kind of unauthorised reproduction, copying or re-uploading is prohibited. However, if your video has another value than Xitoo's song (e.g. putting subtitles in different language or drawing your own illustration), it is no problem.
-If you use Xitoo's song, it is recommended to upload your product with Xitoo's name and URL of the original song. (optional)
-If you upload your video with Xitoo's songs on Niconico, using Contents Tree is recommended. (optional)
-If you want to use Xitoo's song for a fan-art of other creator's work, it is not prohibited. But, please carefully follow the terms of use of the original work.
-If Xitoo finds a video that violates this terms of use, Xitoo will request to delete it.
-Regardless it is commercial purpose or not, you need to contact Xitoo in advance if you use Xitoo's song outside the Internet: putting Xitoo's song into your CD, playing Xitoo's song in a live event, covering Xitoo's song in your band and performing in public, and so on.
-- Use of Xitoo's Illustration
-Basically, any unauthorised reprinting is prohibited regardless of commercial or non-commercial. However, illustrations of "Magene Series" are only exception. (For details, check "Magene Series'" terms of use out)
-Acts like self-made remarks or selling fan-made merchandise of Xitoo's work are prohibited. If necessary, some legal action will be taken.
-Please do not reprint or reuse fan-arts that Xitoo made.

-You can make fan-art of Xitoo's work as far as non-commercial and personal use.
-Regarding to "One-Eyed Ripper" and "Magene Series," check those terms of use out too.

-- Precautions
- Xitoo may take an action against inappropriate use of Xitoo's work even if it does not violate this terms of use.
- Xitoo is not liable for any trouble, loss, or damage arising from any acts performed as a result of usage of Xitoo's work.
- This terms of use may change without any prior notice.
- Some songs are managed by JASRAC. In such situation, you need to follow the regulation of JASRAC too. Please search and check which song is managed by JASRAC in JASRAC database. （ http://www2.jasrac.or.jp/eJwid/ ）
